BOFA C180 Bag Filter
Genuine BOFA replacement bag pre-filter for the AD Base C180 laser fume extraction system.
The BOFA C180 Bag Filter (1UA1030077) is a genuine replacement pre-filter designed for the BOFA AD Base C180 laser fume extraction system.
The filter uses polyester pocket filter media in an 8-pocket bag configuration, providing approximately 2.2 m² of filtration surface area. Its maxi-fold construction and webbing spacers provide effective pre-filtration while maintaining airflow through the extraction system.
Rated at F8 efficiency (95% at 0.9 microns), the bag filter captures larger particulate from extracted laser fumes before the air passes through the main combined filter. This pre-filtration helps protect the downstream filter and can contribute to longer main-filter service life.
Filter materials are non-toxic and therefore can be disposed of under normal waste conditions, subject to analysis of the collected particulate and/or Gas.
