The GCC SmartAIR Fine Nozzle is an air-assist accessory designed for compatible GCC Mercury and X-Series laser engraving and cutting machines. Positioned near the laser processing point, the nozzle directs a concentrated stream of compressed air towards the workpiece during operation.
The focused airflow helps remove smoke, dust and debris from the processing area, while also helping reduce contamination around the focusing lens. During cutting, air assist can help control localised heat and reduce the risk of flare-ups, supporting cleaner and more consistent processing results.
The fine-nozzle design provides more concentrated airflow at the point of processing and is intended for use as part of a compatible GCC SmartAIR system.
