The GCC Puma IV 60LX is a high-performance 600 mm-class cutting plotter featuring fast digital servo cutting and GCC's AAS II optical alignment system for accurate contour cutting of printed graphics.
The GCC Puma IV 60LX is a versatile professional cutting plotter designed for producing signage, decals, labels, heat-transfer graphics and other cut-vinyl applications. Its digital servo drive provides fast, smooth operation with cutting speeds of up to approximately 1020 mm/s and a maximum cutting force of 500 g, allowing it to handle a broad range of commonly used sign-making and graphics materials.
The 60LX supports media up to 719 mm wide with a cutting width of approximately 600 mm. Its AAS II (Automatic-Aligning System) uses an optical sensor to detect registration marks on pre-printed graphics, allowing the plotter to accurately align and contour cut around printed designs. The system also supports features including segmental positioning and automatic rotation to improve alignment when working with print-and-cut applications.
A clear LCD control panel provides convenient access to commonly used settings such as cutting speed, force and blade offset, while multiple preset configurations can be stored for frequently used materials. USB, RS-232 and Ethernet connectivity provide flexible integration into different production environments.
